Masked review policy
To preserve the integrity of the peer-review process,
submitting authors are not informed of reviewers. Also the identity of the
authors are concealed from the reviewers. To ensure the masked review process,
the journal's executive editor deletes the authors' names and affiliations and
modifies other identifying information.
